Ann Brooke serves as Director of Administration at ARMR Sciences Inc., where she oversees administrative operations, executive coordination, and organizational infrastructure supporting the company’s leadership team and strategic initiatives. She plays a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, executive alignment, and disciplined internal processes as ARMR advances its preventive biologics platform.

Ann brings more than 36 years of experience across the financial services and investment management industries, with extensive expertise in executive support, office leadership, and high-level operational coordination. Prior to joining ARMR, she served as Executive Assistant at Catalio Capital Management, where she managed the office of the co-founder and supported firmwide operations.

Earlier in her career, Ann held senior executive support roles at Goldman Sachs, where she supported the Co-Chief Operating Officer of the Securities Division as well as the Head of the Firmwide Financial Planning & Analysis Group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she worked at Morgan Stanley, serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Natural Energy Group within the Investment Banking Division.
