Carlos Quintana serves as Head of Corporate Development at ARMR Sciences Inc., where he leads strategic growth initiatives, capital markets coordination, and investor engagement efforts supporting the company’s preventive biologics platform. He is responsible for advancing corporate strategy, strengthening investor relationships, and building scalable operational frameworks to support ARMR’s expansion.

Carlos most recently served as Operations and Investor Relations Associate at Catalio Capital Management, a multi-strategy healthcare investment firm. In his investor relations capacity, he partnered closely with current and prospective institutional investors, delivering white-glove service and maintaining high standards of communication and transparency. Operationally, he played a key role in designing and implementing internal workflows that supported the firm’s rapid growth — expanding from one office with 13 employees to three offices and 35 employees during his tenure.

Earlier in his career, Carlos served as an Investor Relations Analyst at Rimrock Capital Management and as Trade Associate II at State Street, working exclusively on behalf of PIMCO. Through these roles, he developed deep experience in institutional client servicing, fund operations, and capital markets infrastructure.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University.
