Jeff Neidhardt serves as Chief Financial Officer of ARMR Sciences Inc., where he leads the finance function including financial strategy and financial operations. He brings 25 years of life sciences sector experience including a track record of driving financial performance, operational efficiency and transformational change.

Prior to ARMR, Jeff served as CFO for Applied Biological Laboratories as well as VP Finance and HR leader for Breckenridge Pharmaceutical. Jeff also worked at Pfizer for 22 years where he held various leadership roles in Finance and Information Technology. His Pfizer work included serving as the VP Finance Corporate Functions, VP IT Quality and Compliance roles as well as various IT and Finance leadership roles where he drove financial performance improvements including multi-billion improvements in operating expenses, capital expenditures and cash flow. His work at Pfizer also included significant merger integration work for three large acquisitions.

Jeff also has private equity experience serving as an Operating Executive for Cerberus Capital Management and as CFO for PE-owned companies including Alcom LLC and Orveon Global. Jeff started his career in Public Accounting at Arthur Andersen.

He holds an MSPA in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a BS in Economics from Hamilton College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
