Kevin Bach is the Vice President of Technical Operations at ARMR Sciences Inc. Kevin is responsible for managing technical operations, manufacturing oversight, and site leadership to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient systems that support ARMR’s biotechnology platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience delivering therapies such as Eleyso, Prevenar 20, and Mounjaro/Zepbound to market, along with broad global leadership across Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Viridian Therapeutics, and Elanco. Prior to ARMR Sciences, Kevin served as Senior Director of Discovery Sciences, leading the discovery and design of biologics and small-molecule therapies, including innovation platforms spanning AI, computational sciences, bioanalytical development, and early technical strategy. At Viridian, he led analytical sciences and CMC for monoclonal antibody and fusion protein programs from discovery through Phase III. His background includes multi-site operational leadership and global regulatory experience across FDA, EMA, and NMPA frameworks. He holds an MA in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
