Kevin Bach serves as Vice President of Technical Operations at ARMR Sciences Inc., where he leads technical operations, manufacturing oversight, and site strategy to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient systems supporting the company’s preventive biologics platform. He is responsible for aligning development and manufacturing execution across internal teams and external partners to enable efficient advancement from early development through commercialization.

Kevin brings more than 20 years of global biotechnology and pharmaceutical leadership experience across large and emerging organizations. His career includes contributions to the development and commercialization of therapies such as Elelyso, Prevnar 20, and Mounjaro/Zepbound, with leadership roles spanning Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Company, Viridian Therapeutics, and Elanco.

Prior to joining ARMR, Kevin served as Senior Director of Discovery Sciences, where he led biologics and small-molecule discovery and design efforts, advancing innovation platforms integrating artificial intelligence, computational sciences, bioanalytical development, and early technical strategy. At Viridian Therapeutics, he directed analytical sciences and CMC activities for monoclonal antibody and fusion protein programs from discovery through Phase III clinical development.

Kevin’s experience includes multi-site operational leadership and global regulatory engagement across U.S. Food and Drug Administration, European Medicines Agency, and National Medical Products Administration frameworks. He brings a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to building technical infrastructure capable of supporting innovative biotechnology platforms at scale.

Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
