He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of BTQ Technologies Corp and BTQ AG, where he guides global strategy and growth in emerging technology sectors. 

Mr. Roussey Newton’s entrepreneurial track record includes founding and leading several influential ventures, including DeFi Technologies, Inc., where he served as Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO; Valour Structured Products, Inc., where he is Founder, CEO & Director; Latent Capital Ltd., where he is a founding Partner; and EV Technology Group, Inc., where he has served as Founder and President. He also founded HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd., an early publicly traded blockchain computing company. 

In addition to his executive leadership roles, Mr. Roussey Newton has held board and advisory positions across financial, technology, and investment entities. Based in Switzerland, he continues to drive corporate strategy, capital formation, and innovation in areas spanning decentralized finance, quantum technologies, and advanced investment platforms.
