(NASDAQ: MNMD), the first publicly traded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing psychedelic substances for the treatment of addiction, anxiety, and several other CNS disorders. He assembled and led a team of biotech and regulatory professionals during his tenure to create a leading mental health company. MindMed was valued at more than $1.5 billion while raising >$250m+ in capital during his time. Before founding MindMed, JR worked on high-growth technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Uber, and was a member of the prestigious Y Combinator startup program in 2016.
